Electrical Positions

Residential Construction Foreman/Mechanic
Job duties include:
Marking off house per code, rough and trim residential wiring, managing your work and your helpers to complete a job in the allotted time, producing accurate material lists, using materials in an efficient manner, communicating accurately with your supervisor and project superintendent, and keeping accurate track of time for payroll.
Qualifications:
- Valid NC driver’s license
- Great communication skills
- Great management skills (keeping workforce on task and on time)
- Ability to work Monday through Friday and be on time to work daily
- Up-to-date knowledge of all codes sufficient for residential construction
- Minimum of 4 years of experience of wiring houses
Service Electrician
Job duties include:
Thorough electrical code knowledge, able to think outside of the box to complete the project. Most of service work is “old work”. This includes fishing wire as well as rough and trim residential and commercial wiring. Electricians must also have thorough knowledge of how all systems work. Candidates must be capable of working for the general public inside of their home or place of business. Electricians must manage work and all helpers to complete a job in the allotted time while producing accurate material lists, using materials in an efficient manner, and communicating accurately with your supervisor and project superintendent.
Qualifications:
- Valid NC driver’s license
- Great communication skills
- Personable and able to make friends very quickly
- Sales ability and experience with the end user or client
- Great management skills to keep workforce on task and on time
- Ability to work Monday through Friday and be on time to work daily
- Up-to-date knowledge of all codes sufficient for residential construction
- Good organization skills
- Able to work paperless, managing documents on electronic devices
- Able to perform material and labor takeoffs to quote or bid small-to-medium-sized jobs accurately
- Presentable and well kept
